SUMMARY: This course is an introductory course and provides an overview of issues to consider prior to commencing a Small Claims Court action on behalf of a client, together with Best Practices in Small Claims Court.  The instructor will also discuss how to obtain judgments by default, by assessment hearing or by motion.  The instructor will then review enforcement basics and the various ways you can assist your client on recovering on their judgment.
