The course will also introduce a 5-step interest-based conflict management roadmap, the 5 styles of conflict responses and strategies to support HR professionals so they can help leaders by providing conflict coaching. Often HR professionals are brought into the conflict resolution process with the parties, we will also explore the fundamentals for leaders and HR professionals as conflict management facilitators or mediators.
