BC Conducts New Skills Immigration Draw Under the BCPNP

On February 11, 2026, the Government of British Columbia conducted the second Skills Immigration invitation draw of the year under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP).

A total of 460 invitations to apply were issued to skilled candidates identified as having the potential to create a high economic impact in the province.

Targeted Candidate Groups in the February 11, 2026 Draw

The draw focused on two distinct groups of candidates:

  • 195 candidates working full-time for a supporting BC employer in NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 positions, earning a minimum wage of $62 per hour
  • 265 candidates who achieved a minimum score of 135 points

BCPNP Invitations Issued in 2026

With this draw, British Columbia has issued up to 914 invitations under the BCPNP so far in 2026.
