SUMMARY: This course will provide and overview of several options to apply for Canadian permanent residence through provincial programs. The instructors will sample a number of programs from Ontario, Quebec, Alberta and Nova Scotia (including the Atlantic Immigration Pilot). This will include discussions of employer-driven and strategic-recruitment programs, as well as Express Entry and non-Express Entry streams. The instructors will also discuss some generalities regarding choosing provincial immigration routes and general tips for immigration practitioners.
