• CRS score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 738
• Rank needed to receive an invitation: 714 or above
• Tie-breaking rule: February 22, 2025 at 2:12:01 UTC

If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profile.
