My Courses

The invoice you receive upon purchase is still the most important. To download the certificates:

1) Go to the course while logged into your account.
2) If you watched the recording, the recording would have already been marked as complete. If you watched live, you would have to mark the recording as complete. Please note you must wait for the recording to become available (generally less than 24 hours after the live event)
3) Mark all other ‘lessons’ as complete. This includes ‘Course Materials’ and ‘Course Information and CPD Accreditation’ (in the middle at the bottom of each ‘lesson’).
4) Download certificate and save it to your computer.
