The enhanced platform promises a more streamlined and user-friendly experience, with mobile accessibility and improved error prevention features. A key upgrade allows Authorized Signing Officers to delegate permissions to organizational and immigration representatives across multiple applications. While current AIP Designated Employers must request access to the new system, their existing designations remain valid. All applications submitted before April 30, 2025, will continue to be processed through the current system.
