On November 29, 2023, Ontario released an update on the processing times for the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). Currently, the PhD Graduate Stream and Masters Graduate Stream have processing times of 30-60 days and 60-90 days, respectively. The Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream has a processing time of 70-100 days. Additionally, Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream, Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream, and Employer Job Offer also have average processing times. The International Student Stream has an application processing time of 90-120 days. The average processing time for the Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills Stream and Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream is 120-150 days. The Entrepreneur Stream’s Expression of Interest (EOI) Assessment still requires less than 30 days for processing, while the application processing duration depends on the complexity of the business nomination.
