• Request the ATIP notes and/or Request additional information

• Establish what is the issue(s)-articles of the Law and Regs
• Request appropriate documentary evidence from the client
• Draft your letter with supporting evidence addressing the exact issues using the wording of the decision maker and quoting the Law and Regs
