On February 11, 2026, the Government of British Columbia conducted the second Skills Immigration invitation draw of the year under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP).
A total of 460 invitations to apply were issued to skilled candidates identified as having the potential to create a high economic impact in the province.
Targeted Candidate Groups in the February 11, 2026 Draw
The draw focused on two distinct groups of candidates:
- 195 candidates working full-time for a supporting BC employer in NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 positions, earning a minimum wage of $62 per hour
- 265 candidates who achieved a minimum score of 135 points

With this draw, British Columbia has issued up to 914 invitations under the BCPNP so far in 2026.
