For RCICs, RISIAs and immigration lawyers
Canadian immigration is where LPEN started, and it is still most of what we teach. Courses are built around the files on your desk. The arguments that are working, the refusals that are coming back, the parts of the system that changed last month.
How we teach
Instructors are practising immigration lawyers and consultants, not full-time trainers. They teach from current files, so you hear what is actually landing at IRCC and the IRB right now.
Sessions are long enough to get past the summary and into the parts that are actually difficult: the exceptions, the evidence, the arguments that are being run.
Immigration policy moves constantly. Courses are scheduled against what has just changed, and every recording is dated so you always know what it reflects.
Live sessions leave time for questions on the material, so the parts that did not land get cleared up while you are still in the room. Annual Members also get mentorship Q&A sessions through the year.

Learn across a year
A course gives you the answer in front of you today. A year of them is how practitioners start running files they used to refer out. A stream they had not touched, a tribunal they had not appeared before, an application type they had only read about. Passes and the Annual Membership are built for that. What each one includes, and what it costs, is on the passes page.

A deep dive into a single area. Corporate Mobility and Across Canada PNP each gather every course we run on that subject in one place.
Courses carry CPD hours, and the certificate is in your account as soon as you finish. What those hours count towards depends on who regulates you. The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants for RCICs and RISIAs, or your own law society if you are a lawyer or paralegal, and those rules differ across the country. Every course page states the hours it carries and who it is accredited for, so check the course and check your regulator.
Course archive
Courses from 2021, 2022 and 2023 are no longer for sale, and their accreditation has lapsed. Their pages stay online as a record of what was taught, which matters if you took one of them and need the details for your own CPD records.
