LPEN is a small Canadian team, not a call centre. Whatever you send lands in one inbox and a person answers it, normally the same business day. If you are in a hurry, the four links below settle most questions without waiting for us.

Everything you own sits in My Courses, and the login is the email address on your order. Access runs to the end of the following year.
The system generates your Certificate of Completion once every lesson in the course is marked complete, the recording and the course materials included. Open the course and mark them off.
Your invoice was emailed to you the moment your payment went through, sent from [email protected]. Search your inbox for that address and check your spam folder.
Book it anyway. The recording is included with every course at no extra cost and appears in your account after the session, so nothing is lost by missing the day.
Tell us the topic and the form asks for whatever else we would have had to email you for: an order number, a course name. It saves a round trip.
