Summary

This course provides an in-depth overview of workplace harassment and workplace investigations, including the rules in occupational health and safety and human rights laws and regulations, and an overview of court decisions and labour arbitrations. Our instructor will present strategic considerations to keep in mind when advising employers about these issues and explore potential consequences for failure to comply with these rules.

He has successfully represented and assisted clients at the Superior Court of Justice and various administrative tribunals in Ontario. Antonio also conducts workplace investigations regarding allegations of violence, harassment, discrimination, accidents/incidents, theft and failure to comply with company policies, by-laws and collective agreements.
