Manitoba held its latest Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) draw on December 5, 2025, issuing 184 invitations to skilled workers through the Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Workers Overseas streams. This invitation round (#259) supported the province’s ongoing strategic recruitment efforts to address labour market needs.

Of the total invitations, 61 candidates had a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, highlighting Manitoba’s continued coordination with the federal immigration system. So far this year, the MPNP has invited 7,281 candidates, with 1,343 of these invitations issued through Express Entry.
