On January 19, 2022, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 1,036 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) in the new PNP-targeted draw. In round #214, the cut-off score was 745 points, 63 points fewer compared to the previous PNP draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was July 5, 2021, at 13:12:05 UTC. As of January 17, 2022, there were 196,685 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool, 3,537 more compared to the previous update. In 2022, in total, Canada issued 1,428 invitations.
