On June 2, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held a new Express Entry draw #348. The Government of Canada issued 277 Invitations to Apply (ITA) for the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates in this draw. This round’s cut-off score was 726 points, 20 points more than the previous PNP-targeted draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was September 24, 2024, at 15:46:19 UTC. As of June 1, 2025, 255,030 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. In 2025, the Government of Canada invited 34,717 Express Entry candidates, including 4,867 PNP candidates.
