Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) conducted a new Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw under the Express Entry system on January 20, 2026.
This draw, identified as Express Entry draw #391, resulted in 681 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) being issued to candidates who had received a provincial nomination.
In this PNP-specific round, the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cut-off score was 746 points, which is 35 points higher than the previous PNP-targeted draw.
The tie-breaking rule for this draw was set at November 19, 2025, at 04:09:11 UTC, meaning only candidates who submitted their Express Entry profiles before this date and time were eligible if they had the minimum score.
As of January 19, 2026, there were 237,120 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool.
So far in 2026, the Government of Canada has held three Express Entry draws, issuing a total of 9,255 Invitations to Apply. Of these, 1,255 ITAs have been issued specifically to Provincial Nominee Program candidates.
