On September 26, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 3,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates under the Express Entry draw #265. In this draw, the IRCC invited candidates under all immigration programs. In the latest round of invitations, the cut-off score was 504 points, 27 points lower than in the previous all-program draw. The cut-off date for this round was September 11, 2023, at 20:24:18 UTC. As of September 26, 2023, there are 214,000 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool. In 2023, Canada has issued 84,948 ITAs through the Express Entry draws.
