On November 30, 2023, Manitoba conducted a new invitation round for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). In round #201, the MPNP extended invitations to 148 candidates under the Close Relative in Manitoba selection with a minimum score of 609. Under the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, MPNP granted 38 LAAs to applicants who were invited under the Strategic Recruitment Initiative. The lowest score in the SWO category was 720 points, one point less than the previous draw. Additionally, 82 invitations were issued in the International Education Stream. In this round, Manitoba issued LAAs to 268 candidates, including 50 Express Entry candidates. In 2023, MPNP invited 14,450 candidates, with 3,804 of them receiving invitations in the Express Entry.
