On December 9, 2020, Quebec has announced new rules for the submission of applications under the International Student Program (ISP) and the Quebec Experience Program (PEQ), effective January 26, 2021 Applications submitted under these programs must be submitted electronically. The use of the paper application is no longer supported. Applications for the International Student Program must be submitted online by submitting an online application for temporary studies. Electronic documents have been available from Spring 2020 on the Arrima platform, but it will enter into force on January 26, 2021. As for the Quebec Experience Program, candidates must submit all supporting documents, including the form, and pay the government fees on Arrima beginning January 26, 2021.
